Using the information gathered, we use a combination of hands-on manual therapy techniques and specific exercises to begin decreasing pain so you leave feeling better than you did when you walked in!

Perform and Prevent
The final step goes beyond your typical pain management and base-level strengthening at your grandma’s physical therapy clinic.
